Due to their primary communication method being TeamSpeak they have a strict policy requiring that all members use it, regardless if they have a microphone or not. Users who do not have microphones can still join as long as they run TeamSpeak and are encouraged to acquire a microphone to increase gameplay value and enjoyment.
