NC decals for ranks 46-50 are shown exactly the same as 51-55. 46-50 are wrong. Top chevron should NOT have any fill. Just like same rank decals for TR and VS. I don't have correct pics at the moment. I suspect decals for NC for levels 61-70 are wrong as well because they don't match those of TR and VS however I can't be sure as I'm not there yet.
