[edit] About Us
RageQuit Outfit is a mature, highly organized, competitive, but fun loving and easy going outfit for the Vanu Sovereignty on US - EAST server Mattherson. We maintain strong ties with our Vanu outfit brothers in arms and strive to build and maintain great relationships and strategic cooperation with other outfits. We have excellent communication with other big outfits on the server, and pride ourselves on our ability to do so.
During public squads, we use in game comms (which is fine). We are a community based outfit. We recruit/train roughly 10-20 people a week in proper tactics, base layout, class placement in battle, vehicle training, and teamwork. We believe we can strike a balance between fun and seriousness. We are totally capable of bringing a heavy team based platoon to change the map, or drop everything and go have an 48 man ATV race across a fully TR controlled continent.
We educate all new members to an absolute minimum basic level of training. Some say you can't have quantity AND quality of members, but we at RageQuit, disagree. We house anywhere from very casual gamers all the way up to hardcore gamers, and have been very successful in doing so. Through a carefully constructed training routine that new members go through, we find out what our members want to do within a squad and teach them all techniques based upon that. We have many, many trainers who are absolutely awesome at what they do, and are willing to help new members with any info needed!

RageQuit was established in late December 2013 by Warhalo and Rebiv4. Old war buddies, Warhalo and friends wanted to build an outfit experience for Planetside unlike any other. RageQuit immediately attracted a base of dedicated and committed members that would later form out officer base. Since then, we've been growing exponentially and fully intend to keep growing and attracting like minded individuals who want a fun-loving but simultaneously competitive community. RageQuit has members from the United States, Canada, Britain, Germany, and more and we do not exclude members based on race, ethnicity, sex, sexual preference, etc.
[edit] What We Ask Of You
RageQuit maintains a simple rule-set for keeping the excellence that we've built so far. These rules are as follows:
- Connect to TeamSpeak and stay active during operations. In RageQuit, communication is absolutely key! All we ask of our members is to log into TeamSpeak during outfit operations, due to its clarity and stability outside of in-game comms.
- Have an account on our website/forums. Trust me, with the large base of information available, you won't be disappointed!
- Stay active in the game in the outfit! How can we have a successful community without an active community?!
- Treat all members with the respect they deserve, respect the players and respect the game.
- Keep a lighthearted spirit; this game is supposed to be fun! Let's keep it that way.
- Obey all orders, even if they don't make sense to you or you disagree with them. We are a militarized outfit.
- Give constructive feedback in the outfit, attend officer meetings if you want, strive to become a Squad Lead, become a part of the community if you'd like!
- Promotion requirements that you'll learn later on!

- A large supportive community built upon the foundations of a fun and competitive group.
- Training on anything in game you could possibly want and an inexhaustible supply of information on our forums.
- A consistently large community with at least one platoon rolling most of the day lead by experienced highly organized trained professional leads.
- Squads for rolling in infantry, armor, or air!
- Great opportunities to advance in the outfit such as platoon lead, squad lead, media director, forum moderator, etc.
- RageQuit Games: a pinnacle of Rage Quit. We like to screw around and have fun and so we often hold friendly competitions and such. Things like Galaxy swarms or Sunderer/Flash races across enemy territory!

RageQuit has a steam group for contacting members outside of PlanetSide; this is particularly useful for situations where there are community events or large scale fights.

Rage Quit also operates several black ops squads and specialty squads and harbors many tactics that we do not reveal to non-members. We're always looking for contributions in this respect.
Please keep in mind that if you do not meet these requirements AND you are not a regularly active member you may be subject to removal from the outfit.
