All members must be pilots or aircraft gunners of the Liberator, players who do not comply with the orders and rules of the outfits will be expelled.

The members will be promoted on the basis of playing time with the outfit and participation in missions.

All members of a grade equivalent to or greater than "private" can invite new members to the outfit.
