This template is used to provide a quick summary of a device's capabilities

| Name: | The name of the item |
| Picture: | A picture of the item |
| Empire: | If only available by one empire, put New Conglomerate, Terran Republic, or Vanu Sovereignty, else Nanite Systems/All |
| Class: | The Class(es) able to purchase the item. Separate with "/" (e.g. inf/med/eng) |
| Cert: | The certification upgrade tree for the device |
| Cost: | The cost (if any) to acquire in certs/sc (e.g. 1000/700) |
