Wraith Cloaking Device (Certification)
Wraith Cloaking Device (Certification) is a certification available to the Flash. It creates a cloaking field around the vehicle that hides it from view and breaks and prevents locks and spots, but makes the riders unable to fire weapons. Can only be activated if the driver is an Infiltrator.
