Sappers are the NC's experts in mobility on the battlefield. They stop the enemy from moving around and clear obstacles that inhibit infantry and other ground troops. To do these jobs, they have to know how to fight an enemy, construct infrastructure like bases, repair and resupply elements.
Sappers support armor, anti tank, expedient demolitions, urban breaching, airborne & air assault operations, and many other engineer related tasks. Being true force multipliers.
When directly engaged in engineer tasks, these soldiers fight side by side with their fellow soldiers.

Specialists and above may recruit members to the team. If you see someone without an outfit and shows potential, ask them to join! These ranks also have the ability to enter outfit chat.
Privates are new recruits, most players move to specialist very quickly.
Leading SAPPER SQUADS and gaining battle ranks will also promote you within the outfit.
