In the era when the lattice wars began, the Terran Republic became confronted with a growing strategic issue. The erosion of the hardcore outfits had left the Republic in an awkward position where much of its clones were aimlessly rushing into battles, resulting in much chaos and limited effectiveness. Hence an initiative was created leading to the formation of an Ejaculatory Council, composed of live soldiers of the Republic who were meant to facilitate a funnel of troops into vital locations, using various clonozoid spawning methods such as sunderers.

Although the intiative was initially hailed as a breakthrough in terms of establishing a tract through which clonozoids could flow in order to impregnate facilities with the Terran Republic imprint, the reality of the situation was that the Ejaculatory Council remained a fragile and fringe project within the grander scheme, playing a hardly noticeable role in most combat operations. Aside from a few and far between moments when ejaculatory funnelling was rendered possible -which led to asymmetric successes both while assaulting and defending nodes- EJAK continues to be of significant irrelevance overall.
