Infamous Introduction and Overview:

The Outfit, Infamous, is a skilled Planet Side 2 specific gaming community that plays on Connery server, primarily as the New Conglomerate. Infamous currently rates 6th on Connery (48+) and 25th in the entire game. The outfit itself is more oriented around having a large community of friends who are skilled enough to be victorious in their battles but are relatable to each other, rather than other outfits in the game that are rank oriented. Infamous is currently made up of less than a hundred people but will soon be recruiting for possible new members. The Outfit focuses more so upon small group squad tactics than on large, unorganized Zerg on Zerg fighting. Infamous works to have serious game play where it is needed and to have casual game play when it is okay to do so. The outfit's only real purpose overall is to let friends have fun together while playing in organized groups and give them an opportunity to make new friends. This is what constitutes the Infamous Outfit.

Infamous Origin:

The Infamous outfit started as a small group of people who split from another Connery outfit due to discontent with the other outfit's structure, leadership, and how the outfit was progressing. For privacy and courtesy, they will not be named here. This split and the official founding of the Infamous outfit occurred on August 28th 2013. From that point forward, all members would work towards making the outfit they wanted.

Infamous Structure, Organization, and Expectations:

The Infamous outfit is structured in a way so that there is no one person that can take total control of the outfit, which also avoids discrimination based upon rank. It is structured instead by the incorporation of a position and ID system of which everybody, except the trial recruit, have complete equality to one another, (There is a Leader rank, but the leader does not have total power in outfit affairs, the leader just coordinates the outfit with the bosses). This outfit position system is broken down into a few basic categories: Recruit, Trial Member, Full Member, Boss, and Leader. These positions all come with different privileges and responsibilities associated with them.

Recruit: is a simple rank which is granted to those who have submitted an application and have gotten on the Team Speak 3 and are awaiting further evaluation by the members to see if they are a good match for the outfit. This rank's privileges are fairly limited

Trial Member: is the rank which is given to an individual whose application to the website was accepted and is now being further evaluated on how relatable to other people they are, if they have the desired maturity level, if they are fun to play and converse with, and how competent they are in the game. If the Trial Member passes the evaluation in the thirty day trial period and is liked by the other members, the recruit will then be bumped up to the rank of Full Member.

Upon reaching the Full Member Rank, the new member is granted all of the privileges the outfit offers for the position. Full Members are granted the ability to go into all the Team Speak 3 channels and have access to all of the website forums, excluding officer only forums.

Full Members: also have a good amount of power in decision making when meetings are called up. This power comes into play often, especially when applications of newcomers are analyzed. This rank overall means that the individual is a friend of the other members in the outfit.

The next rank is Boss, a rank that requires dedication to the outfit and a very high maturity level.

Infamous is thus run by all of the members and the bosses who all have an equal say, except that bosses take on a disciplinary and administrator role and as a result form a general consensus on how the outfit is run and planned out.

Infamous Recruitment and Applications:

Infamous recruiting is undertaken in single, public squads or platoons, (depending on the situation), and is conducted with small squad tactics and serious organization of such tactics. The squad is then led by people in Infamous who are certified to lead Infamous Squads.
