Syndicated Failure is a small Outfit on Waterson. Syndicated Failure does not openly recruit and has few active members as of Jan 1 2014. All of Syndicated Failure's members are ranked as Leaders.

Syndicated Failure is mostly composed of members of the Jaeger Outfit Death Legion (LEGN). Some time after LEGN's leadership quit playing Planetside 2 regularly, most LEGN members joined DREV on Waterson. Many former LEGN members are still part of DREV, however, a few left to form EFFU (Syndicated Failure).

EFFU does not typically focus on taking or defending bases, but instead supports the other Outfits doing so. EFFU instead seeks out enemy armor and aircraft in the majority of encounters and is heavy on vehicle play. EFFU simply likes a good fight, and regularly went after top VS and TR Outfits when spotted on the battlefield.

Most EFFU members have a vehicle 'specialty' while able to use any effectively. Goodnite and Bioman (also a pilot) are Vanguard Drivers, Woozeldoozle and Eeyore (also a Tanker) are Pilots, agent00kevin specializes in gunning vehicles and driving Lightnings, (while sometimes piloting Liberators when needed) YuriRuler is a Tank Driver and gunner for all vehicles, with other less active members filling in similar roles. Infantry combat is also present though less so than vehicle play. EFFU typically does not farm; as stated above, a good fight is what they seek out.
