Valhalla Security Solutions was formed by a loose group of former Terran Republican soldiers who were disheartened with the values and actions of the faction. After deserting the army, the two primary leaders (BaldurThor and Dewderson) got together to decide what to do next.

The two soldiers came up with the idea of forming their own company, intending to gain profit from the sparking conflict. Borrowing from their love of conflict and profit, they took up the name "Valhalla Security Solutions" and were hired on by bureaucrats of the New Conglomerate to help in the ongoing fight for liberation and freedom.

Caring very little for the actual values of the faction, Valhalla Security Solutions instead focuses on glory in battle, beating their enemies, and not always aiming for a profit. Every soldier in Valhalla is told to aim for profit and victory above all else.
