Transport Cloak
Transport Cloak is a utility slot cert line provided to the ANT. It provides access to a cloaking module not unlike the Flash's, but drains the ANT's Cortium supply to power the module. Increasing the level of the cert line decreases the amount of cortium consumed whilst active.
