The Vanu Sovereignty's heavy-hitting Nova VS32 plasma shotgun does lethal damage at close range.
Ammo Capacity:
The Nova VS32 starts with a ammo capacity of magazine size x5 + 1, making the Nova VS32 able to carry a Magazine (8 rounds) + 40 rounds of spares when newly bought. (compared to 6 rounds and 30 spares for the Thanatos and Pandora).
Extra:
Extended Magazine: The Nova when used with extended magazine (+4 rounds) will increase your magazine size to 12 without effecting your maximum ammo capacity and so drop to spare ammo capacity to 36 rounds.
Extended Magazine in combination with Ammunition Belt: The Ammunition Belt will when combined with Extended Ammo increase your capacity by 8+4 rounds (base + the extended magazine) per Ammunition Belt level.
Giving you a total of 12+60 rounds with a level 2 Ammunition Belt and Extended Magazine equiped.
Slug Ammunition: The Nova VS32 (and Thanatos and Pandora in addition to most other non-sniper VS infantry weapons) will not have any drop when using Slug Ammunition, making it close to perfectly accurate for mid-long distance shots.
